One of the ways we make sure we provide excellent service is organizing the company in a way that best meets the needs of our dealers and ourselves. We have put together one of the most highly dedicated and technically-trained team of people to make certain dealer's needs are met.

The Coulson Team is made up of the following 5 key areas:

OPERATIONS
Our operations team supports dealers through training opportunities and information on trends and news at Coulson Oil and throughout the industry. Request for help from dealers are top priority. Each dealer is assigned a Coulson Oil Dealer Representative, who is often found on the front lines of convenience store and gasoline operations, working to solve dealer problems. These individuals also work with dealers to identify areas where the store could be improved, offer ideas for generating additional sales, understanding regulatory information, etc.

C-STORE EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Coulson Petroleum Services works with dealers to install, calibrate and repair pumps, tanks and other c-store equipment. The service team members help dealers maintain facilities in top condition and respond quickly to service requests.

TRANSPORTATION
ChiefSeahawk Transport, LLC, a subsidiary of Coulson Oil, carries motor fuel 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our commitment to safe loading, hauling and delivery of gasoline and diesel fuel in an on-time and environmentally responsible manner is unparalleled. ChiefSeahawk can also provide fuel inventory management and backs up its promise for on-time delivery with it's "Free Freight" program.

SUPERSTOP COOP, INC.
Superstop Coop is a nonprofit buying cooperative made up of Coulson Oil related dealers and is an excellent resource for dealers to purchase store merchandise and equipment at great rates. Our dealers are able to gain more buying power and use the Coop structure to manage rebates, solve problems and negotiate with vendors.

ACCOUNTING
Coulson Oil accounting staff members utilize an integrated systems approach to provide timely and accurate information to dealers. Financial issues like payment for fuel, credit card settlements, security and Databug are made easier through close coordination between staff members and our dealers. Together, we make sure all financial settlements are accurate.
