Coulson Real Estate Group, an operating subsidary of North Little Rock-based Coulson Oil Company, is responsible for the management, development and financing of all real estate holdings for the company. Real estate has always been an important part of the operation of Coulson Oil, and this specialized company handles all real estate transactions for the corporation.

Currently, we represent a large portfolio of properties throughout the state of Arkansas, most of which are convenience stores and similar automobile and trucking fueling stations. Coulson Real Estate's mission is to build the value of the company's holdings, as well as expanding our current portfolio by property type, geography and investment size. This includes the acquisition, sale and development of current and future holdings.

As part of its operations, Coulson Real Estate Group is looking for opportunities to sell some of its current properties, or converting certain locations which may be used for purposes other than retail fueling. Rebuilding current stores in our portfolio to bring them up to state-of-the-art facilities is also part of our plans.  

In the long term, we will also be looking for opportunities to diversify holdings to include non-gas real estate properties.

And, we will be exploring the acquisition of new properties outside of the state of Arkansas.
